Sometimes You Win Some....Other Times You Lose Some.

If there is one thing that I have begun to learn these past two weeks it is that sometimes you win some...other times you lose some. When I first arrived at BJU there were ten of us in a group of friends. Since my arrival three of those friends no longer spend time with our group. These people have become distant from us and it is terribly sad. On the other hand I have gained more friends than I have lost. Over the course of these past two weeks I have gotten to better know a group of amazing freshman who have a heart for the Lord. The majority of them are music majors, so every day is filled with laughter and corny songs. I have truly grown to love these people, and while there is a pain in my heart over the loss of those other three friends, I know that if it is God's will then we will all be drawn back together someday. For now I will thank God for His love for me and for the wonderful friends that He has blessed me with.
